HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?
Shopping online is not as a tricky process as it may seem. Here is a step-by-step process of how you can shop on Digitelpro Shop online today!
1. Add item(s) to your cart.
2. Click the VIEW CART button on the top right corner of the page.
3. Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the page.
4. then insert your details under the BILLING INFORMATION section providing a valid phone number, email address & shipping address.
5. Choose your payment method which will either be a Direct Bank Transfer or through YOCO
Payment Method:
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
** Your order is confirmed.
** The banking details for you to make a Bank Deposit or EFT will be displayed on this page.
** Payment will be made directly into Digitelpro bank account.
** Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
YOCO CARD PAYMENT
** Your order is confirmed.
** You will be automatically transferred to the YOCO payment gateway for payment to be processed using either your Debit / Credit card, Masterpass App, or the SnapScan App.
6. Click on the WhatsApp icon to keep in touch with us and if you want the tracking number to be issued directly on WhatsApp.
 
 
ARE MY CARD DETAILS SECURED ON DIGITELPRO?
Yes, it is safe to order at the Digitelpro Shop. We use the industry-trusted, South African payment processing service, YOCO. None of your credit card details will be revealed. YOCO is secure & approved by all major banks in South Africa.
 
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your order.
 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID?
The window period is 14 days – provided it’s in the condition that it was given to you by us. There is change the device or get a new one. If the payment was done already there is a 30% penalty fee that will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. hence refund is only accepted with lay-buy customers with a cash deal. if one wishes to have a refund after 7days of purchase he/she can negotiate with Digitelpro for reselling his/her device in order to hand cash. reselling price depends on the market and the actual condition of the device.
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED
Orders will be processed within 24Hours during working days of receipt of order.   Kindly note we operate 6 days a week during working hours which are 06:00 am – 18:00 pm (Monday – Friday) and (07:00 am – 15:00 pm) on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.  When ordering for a special occasion/event please allow ample time for processing & delivery.
 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, an email or Whatsapp will be sent to you with a reference number from Digitelpro. With this reference number, you can do one of 2 things:  
1. Go either directly onto POSTNET`s website and go to their Track section and insert your reference number – you will exactly see where your order is.  
2. On the Digitelpro website, there is a Track shipment section  Click on Postnet then Click on the link– here you will also be able to insert your reference number and track your order.  Alternatively, please send us an email at manicl@digitelpro.co.za , and one of our consultants will be in touch for a fast reply click on the Whatsapp icon on our website to chat with our consultant.
 
 
CAN I RETURN A DEVICE I HAVE PURCHASED?
Yes, you can return a device you have purchased from Digitelpro within 7 days of purchase in case of a factory default, if the mobile phone has any problems with the motherboard, You can choose the same model with the specifications of goods replacement or repair. The appearance of the phone to be replaced must be free of wear and tear, If there is wear, only repairs can be provided. When replacement shall ensure that all accessories and packaging integrity (well packaged as it was initially)
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND
We do not give a refund If one wishes to have a refund after 7 days of purchase he/she can negotiate with digitelpro for reselling his/her iPhone in order to hand cash. 
Reselling the price depends on the market and the actual condition of the (device) iPhone.
 
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD ON THE DEVICES?
• All brand new iPhone bought from digitelpro  Carries 12 months warranty.
• All pre-owned iPhones have 3 months warranty.
• warranty does not cover, water damage, lost or stolen iPhones.
• warranty only covers factory default Automatic shutdown, iPhone on and off.
• Digitelpro only offer an exchange within  7 days after purchase.
• FOR Any factory defaults that occurred after seven days of purchase there is NO exchange.
• digitelpro can only replace the iPhone if the factory defaults persist, 
  replacement of an iPhone takes a maximum of sixty days. 
 
NB: The following conditions are not covered under the warranty, in case of anything related to it the warranty has to be denied.
3.1. The warranty sticker on the motherboard is torn off and the motherboard is repaired, or any repair done without our concerns.
3.2. All man-made damages: Broken, water damages, burning act.
3.3. LCD display and camera cable are not covered by the warranty 
3.4. The damage caused by accidental or natural wear: influential into liquid (discoloration after entering the water), crushing broken antenna, worn scratches, loose cable breakages, device peripherals such as home button (F.print), camera shaking, touch screen failure keyboard failure wear, high charge burned, or unstable home current burn… etc.
