PAYMENT INFORMATION

We offer a variety of secure and flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can pay conveniently with major credit cards, or choose from our financing options, including lay-buys that allow you to pay over several months and 24-month contracts on select products.

Refund

Warranty

We provide a 3-month hardware warranty on all our devices and should you have any defects we will repair, replace or refund your purchase subject to the consumer protection act.

We also offer extended 6 and 12 month warranties on most product categories on the product page for extra peace of mind.

Delivery

Do you ship the device to me?

Yes, we ship nationwide with The Courier Guy and provide you with a tracking number as soon as your device is booked.

You are also welcome to collect your order at our office in Durban CBD or Florida Rd.

Back Order

We give our customers the option to order the exact colour and capacity they want and get it delivered in 2-10 working days.

In the event that our suppliers are out of stock, we will give the closest alternative or refund with no questions asked.

Can I visit your office?

Yes, we would love to have you come to our offices. You can pop in at any time, during office hours, and you will be greeted and served with a big smile.

Payment

Can I buy on credit?

We do provide flexible payment methods on all our devices, whether you want to pay with credit card, 24-month instalments through Fevertree, 4-week instalments with PayFlex, Payments with Float or a debit card – we have got you covered!

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with multiple credit cards. DigitelPro also accepts 24-month contracts and lay-buys over 3 to 6 months.
