Warranty

This Policy forms part of the Customer Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Until the customer’s date of receipt, which is entering the after-sales service period for one year.
1. Within 7 days after receipt of your Brand New Device, if the mobile phone (device) has any problems with the motherboard or you experiencing abnormal behaviour on the device kindly do a written down Report the issue immediately to the store, then our technicians will have the phone asses to check and confirm if the issue falls under factory defaults or accidental. So after the full assessment if it a factory defaults you can choose the same model with the same specifications for Replacement or you can choose any other device in store worth your money, The Replacement Apply Only if you purchased a Brand new device if you purchased a CPO (Certified Pre-owned) or GOOD AS NEW you can enjoy a free repair service. The appearance of the phone to be replaced must be free of wear and tear, If there is any sign of accidental damage wear or any dent only repairs can be provided. When replacement shall ensure that all accessories and packaging are well packaged as it was initially.
2. Exceed 7 days after receipt of the goods, If the phone has any non-human damage or factory defaults, you can enjoy a free repair service.

You can only return a product if it is defective in line with Section 44 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), meaning you can return it for repair or replacement within the first 6 (six) months of purchase and in line with our Returns Policy.

3. We do not offer refunds in any circumstances, fault not reported more than 7 days of usage the store DIGITELPRO can only Repair the device. There won’t be any replacement or any sort of a refund. NB: after reporting the faults the tech and DIGITELPRO team will have to book-in the phone for assessments in order to identify the issue. The process of booking the device and doing the assessment might take up to 7 working days.

4. NB: The following conditions are not covered under the warranty, in case of anything related to it the warranty has to be denied.
4.1. The warranty sticker on the motherboard is torn off and the motherboard is repaired or any repair done without our concerns.
4.2. All man-made damages: Broken screen, water damages, burning, screen blank, screen cracked any visible physical damage, impact on the screen guard can 100% impact the performance of the phone display as well as the all phone performances, back glass broken…
4.3. LCD display and camera cable are not covered by the warranty. Accessories are not covered under these warranty

4.4. The damage caused by accidental or natural wear: influential into liquid (discoloration after entering the water), crushing broken antenna, worn scratches, loose cable breakages, device peripherals such as home button (F.print), camera shaking, touch screen failure keyboard failure wear, high charge burned, or unstable home current burn… any damages caused by force Majeure… etc.
5. Mainboard three packs of performance failure tables:
Failure of the specification list function;
No display/error/drainage diagram;
Unable to boot, not a normal landing or communication;
No ringing, dialling error;
Abnormal shutdown;
Poor contact of the SIM card;
key failure;
Check for muted or abnormal volume.
The Quality Maintenance Period
After 12 months the warranty period elapsed therefore the device will not be covered under the warranty again. In this case it will enter the quality maintenance period, and each repair will be charged at a preferential price.

All brand new iPhone bought from DIGITELPRO have 12 months warranty. The warranty does not cover any physical damage.

  • This device Has been lovingly refurbished, tested and meet All the requirements of a Brand New device Certified and Approved for resale by DIGITELPRO.
  • This device is packed with charger and comes with six- month repair warranty.
  • This is a used device and may have scratches or minor cosmetic impairments which are not covered by the warranty, and for which DIGITELPRO and the supplier cannot be held responsible.
  • Please retain your (POP) proof of payment for the duration of 6 – 12 month warranty period, in event of a repair.

  • All Certified pre-owned iPhones have 3 months Warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover, water damage, Lost or stolen iPhones.
  • Warranty only covers factory default Automatic shutdown, iPhone on and off.
  • DIGITELPRO only offer an exchange within 7 days after purchase.
  • FOR Any factory defaults that occurred after seven days of purchase there is NO exchange / NO refund only repairs can be provided.
  • DIGITELPRO can only replace the iPhone if The factory defaults persist, replacement Of an iPhone takes a maximum of sixty working days.
  • If one wishes to have a refund after or within 7 days of purchase he/she can negotiate with DIGITELPRO for assisting to resell the reselling his/her (device) iPhone in order to hand cash. Reselling the price depends on the market and the actual condition of the (device) iPhone.
